No, passport photos are a walk-in service done in our camera store.

Does Harvey's provide the graduate gowns?
Yes, we have gowns for all local and surrounding area high schools. We also have most Bachelor hoods for UNB and STU.

How long will it take to get my photos?
Proofs are usually ready within 1 to 2 days. Finished orders are usually ready within 1-2 weeks, but can take 3-4 weeks during peak season (graduation and Christmas).

Can I bring my friend(s) or my pet?
Yes, you may include your friends or your pet in your portrait session.

Do you offer different props and can I bring my guitar or skateboard?
We have a large selection of props here, but feel free to bring your own and have some fun with your sitting.

Do I have to pay in advance?
Sitting fees are due at the time of the sitting. A deposit is required to take proofs out of the studio, and will be applied to your order. Orders require a 50% deposit.

What should I wear when I come for my portrait session?
There are no rules for what to wear, but we do believe that solids work better than patterns as patterns can be distracting in a photo. If you are not sure, feel free to bring a spare outfit and we can help you choose here. Sometimes a really wild outfit works, so don't be afraid to ask us.

Do you take photos in the park or at other locations outside the studio?
Yes, we take photographs in several areas within the city. For some locations an extra fee will apply. Please ask when booking your appointment.

This is a special that we offer to next year's high school graduates in July and August. Please call us for more details.

We are traveling from out of town, can I wait for my proofs or ask you to mail them?
In some cases we are able to have proofs ready the same day, but this is not always possible. If we can't print them on the same day then we can arrange to mail them to you.
